This truck is a reserve truck and is used when one of two rescue pumpers is out of service for mechanical reasons. As a rescue pumper, it has two main uses. The primary use is to extinguish several types of fires - from building fires to small grass fires. The other use is that it is equipped with tools that allow us to remove victims that are trapped in vehicles after being involved in a crash.
